The years 1975-1979 found me scouring Mexico's interior regions, as well as the jungles of the Yucatan, in search of material for inclusion in my cookbook, "Homestyle Mexican Cooking" Rand McNally 1980; Surry Books 1998; Library of Congress; American Book Publishers awards. Hobbies and interests include gardening, writing, Feng Shui, Eastern Philosophy, antique kitchen utensils, antique cookbooks, and dancing.
